Order Processing
Please allow 4-7 business days for processing, as these we make our products in small batches by hand. Upon shipping, an email notification with tracking number will be sent.

International Ordering
Please be aware that when you place your order, you are agreeing to all the following terms:
1. Pirouette requires additional proof of identification as well as credit card verification in order to approve all international orders. An email with further instructions will be sent after you place your order. If you are unable to provide the additionally requested items upon our request, we will simply refund your money and cancel your order.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
3. We ship overseas via the US Post Office. USPS offers international tracking for EXPRESS shipments ONLY - if you require tracking, please select this method. Otherwise tracking will not be available for First Class or Priority mailings.
4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages overseas.

Returns & Exchanges
Our apologies, but we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds. As these are personal use items, it is unsanitary for us to do so. We do offer individual sample sizes and sampler sets of all our products for your convenience in trying before buying.
